Specialty Exhaust Filters, Tubes
& Filter Kits

 

Tube style exhaust filters and exhaust filter kits for Busch, Leybold, Rietschle, Becker and other rotary vane vacuum pumps. Filter kits include; exhaust filters, oil filters, o-rings and associated parts need for a complete filter change out. Multi tube exhaust filter replacement elements available for Balston, Edwards and Alcatel type exhaust filters.

 

 Disposable Exhaust Filters

Disposable exhaust filters for most vacuum pumps up to 30 CFM. Disposable exhaust filters are simpler to service; no separate element to replace and in most cases a complete unit is less expensive that a replacement exhaust element. Avaliable in 3 sizes with pipe or quick flange connections. Custom sizes and lengths available upon request.

Inlet filters for vacuum pipe-lines and systems. Vacuum inlet filters are designed to stop dust and particulate for entering your vacuum pump and contaminating the oil. Replacement elements are available as disposable, cleanable or rebuildable at a moderate cost. High temperature materials and special end seals are available upon request. Direct replacements for Dollinger, Consler, Stokes and most original equipment manufactures

 Acidity Test Kits

 

Vacuum pump fluid test kit will determine the condition of the fluid and change out intervals. The ATK-010 is specifically designed to address the conditions of vacuum pump fluid and the types of contaminations that are common in a vacuum process. The test kit can be used for hydrocarbon, synthetic and PFPE mechanical vacuum pump fluids as well as silicone and hydrocarbon diffusion pump fluids. ATK-010 is available as a 5 or 10 test pack.
